Pregnancy Testing

Know for sure.

pregnancy testing

Pregnancy Resource Center’s medical staff provides lab-certified pregnancy testing free of charge. You will have the test results during your appointment.

Experiencing pregnancy symptoms, such as a missed period, doesn’t always mean you are pregnant. The first step is to have a lab-quality pregnancy test administered by a medical professional. Even if you do a test at home, it is important to have a lab-quality urine test done by a trained professional.

Urine-based pregnancy tests measure the presence of HCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin), a hormone produced during pregnancy. Click here for detailed information about how HCGs indicate the likelihood of pregnancy.

pregnancy test verification

We offer verifications of pregnancy, which is determined by the date of your last menstrual period (LMP). The Verification of Pregnancy is the official document that serves as proof of pregnancy for insurance companies, community agencies such as W.I.C, pregnancy Medicaid and employers. Some doctors or other medical clinics require this document before allowing you to make an appointment with them regarding your pregnancy.
